Gotta ring in on this one. Went from a single run of Audioquest Type 2 to the internally biwired Monster M1.4 on my Studio 60's. The biggest, immediate difference I noticed was in soundstaging. The musicians really "hang" in space. Especially in the center. The Monster surely isn't the best around (couldn't beat the price, $200, 13 feet per), how about a double run of AQ Slate @ $5 per foot and you do the work? Have fun!
