Hi James,I mainly listen to digital music from my cable company. There are 30 channels, each channel specializing in a different type of music. I'm constantly flipping through every station, it's fun. If I were to pick the music that show off the Twins best it would be music like orchestral, salsa, or any energized music. Maybe not as good with compressed heavy metal distortion. They are a very dynamic speaker that show off tiny nuances and details. The midrange and treble are extremely clear and open. That would be a great way to disicribe it. There is an excellent review in www.audioreview.com on the Twins by a guy that really knows his stuff. He goes into great detail about the specifics of the sound. It's much better than I would be able to do. I think you'll find it enlightening. I would like to add that the great sound I get from the Twins is in large part due to the Decware SE84C Select amplifier(www.decware.com). It is a magical combination.
Good Luck!
Pete
