I think the room will dictate where the speakers should be placed for ideal sound unless the speaker design is one of those that requires placement in corners or right against the front wall. I doubt anyone can tell you where placement should be based on the model of speaker. You might want to try a couple of different speaker placement methods. If the room is rectangular I'd start with the Cardas placement calculator. It will give you the location of the speakers from front and side walls as well as listening position. If your room is not rectangular, what are the dimensions and what wall will the speakers be on?

Best toe in can be room specific too, but also speaker design specific. If you can't get any suggestions for toe in for this speaker, once you get the placement dialed in, finding best toe in is simply a trial and error exercise.
