What is with Gallo Acoustics? Their website has only info about not buying from unauthorized dealers. No info on the products, authorized dealers, etc.

Didnâ€™t some Gallo customers have problems with no available replacement parts for repairs? Does this have to do with the dealer thing, or is it a separate issue?
