I thought it was odd how the manufacturer responded. The product has clearly stood the test of time... is somewhat of a classic and listeners will decide if they like the speaker during an audition. I thought the reviewer had some good comments. Totem over reacted imo but the designer is passionate about his products... which is a great trait to have in this industry. I give him credit for speaking his mind. Customers will buy based on auditions and the Totem will win and lose against some of the best designs available at that price. No shame being among the best.
