I am going to try the brass feet which came with the Studios under the cones...See picture. Any opinions as to what I will experience with this combo.... It is hard to maneuver these as they are heavy and I do not want to mar up the floor any more then they already are! If this does not work at least it allows me to move the speakers in to place until I can get a penny or quarter underneath. I was also thinking about using a neoprene washer between the cone and speaker. I understand that this may decouple but the threaded insert is still in the direct path (coupled)of the vibrations/ resonance. I needed to get these off the floor and had to do it on the cheep . Any suggestions to this setup please....
