RE: Need some help with Klipsch speakers!!

First thing I would do is run a wire directly to the horn from the amp (keep the volume low) and see if you get output. Alligator clips are useful for these temporary connections.

If there is output, the horn is OK and the problem lies elsewhere (open cap in the crossover, etc)
