I had ProAC 2.5 for many years and drove them with a EAR 834 amp of 40W per channel, in my room that was around 300 ft2 the combination was great. If I am not mistaken they are around 85/86 db/w efficient.
I just received some D28 and intend driving them with the Ayon integrated (20W/ch) I will comment once the D28 are run in.
