I'm interested in changing my current speakers (Silverline Audio Sonatina III's) to Proac 2.5s as I've read a ton of positive reviews stating that these speakers mate well w/ tube gear. However, I've been unable to find a local dealer to review in-person. The Sonatina's are very efficient and tube friendly as well but lack low bass and the three-dimensionality I crave. The Cary SLI 80f1 produces 40Watts Triode or 80 UL - will that be enough to drive the Proac's? Anyone have experience with the Proacs and/or this combo?
