General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

Has any one modified a RP6 active speaker?
It has a TDA 2052 for the HF and TDA7296 for LF. There are also 6 cheap 4580 op amp at the pre amp board, and a 4580 at the power amp board.
I should think it is possible to bypass some of the op amps, and also replace those with better op amp to improve the sound.
Any one has the circuit diagram or just a description on how the active crossover topology is like?
