RE: Have you looked into Avalon's monitors? (nt)

Avalon's are higly over-priced, period. For that sound, one can find much better speakers for lot more less. I have done a side-by-side comaparison of Avalons and Vandesteen 2Ce and latter did lot more for my musical enjoyment thna the former. If there is one area where Vandies fell short, it is for the bottom-end sound of the Avalons. Again, the price difference of these speakers are pretty big.
