No. Because the inductors (L) and the capacitors (C) have their own impedance which will support the low or high pass filter into a specific load at eight ohms, when you substitute a four ohm load, two parallel connected eight ohm drivers, all the -3db will shift an octave both up and down. It will be a chocolate mess.
