Between those two (which were both on my consideration list when I bought new speakers about a year ago) I'd definitely lean toward the Dynaudios. They were a much more natural sounding speaker to me than the B&W speakers (which usually seem to have an edge when I've listened to them.)However, just for the record, I ended up with a pair of Spendors.
