Alnico magnet drivers work well with Any amp.. Nothing special about the Fisher and it's requirements.
Problem is that a Driver with alnico usually has sonic advantages .. but.. and here's the issue: Not all drivers are created equal.
There were a Lot of mediocre drivers made when alnico was inexpensive. ( Alnico is now much less expensive than it used to be).. So be selective in the driver you buy...Just cuz the thing has a small alnico slug is not iron clad assurance that the sound is exquisite.
