I'n not an actual owner but a wannabe one:Heard the K1 in a lousy demo room, with rather mediocre electronics and a set of someone else's leftover cabling, and yet it was striking how exceptionally subtle, airy, and refined they are, even possessing a wonderful, tight low end that will will put my sub out of commission. Something almost ethereal in their purity. The Wilson Sophias and the otherwise very likable Amphion models next door in much better setups (e.g. with current top-of-the-line Krells & Nordosts carrying the signal) sounded decidedly pedestrian afterwards, and in general I don't recall having ever heard anything as mesmerizing before.
But I'm not sure what you have in mind, exactly. They have a new flagship model and a sub in the making, and judging from the reviews, too (www.vividaudio.com), they seem to be doing more than well.
