I'm reasonably sure. I have known about their website listing for a long time but believe it is badly out of date. Divertech has exhibited at shows yet hasn't shown Audiostatic in a very long time, perhaps not at all, memory being fuzzy because it has been so long. The products are decent, but they seem to have a hard time keeping distributors. I owned a pair of ES100/SW100s for a few years, purchasing them from SOTA after they ended their relationship with Audiostatic as their distributor. Ben Peters at Audiostatic wasn't exactly helpful when I had some questions, trying to sell me new speakers when I asked about spare parts.
