I presume the 105 dB peak SPL measurements you're referring to are taken at the listening position; at one meter the peaks should be much higher.

To answer your question, I come up with 87 dB/1 watt efficiency, or 90 dB/2.83 volt sensitivity, for the 4 ohm speaker (they're the same thing - just depends on whether the manufacturer specifies the 1-watt efficiency or 2.83-volt sensitivity [2.83 volts into 4 ohms = 2 watts]).
