I should add that all AIX Records DVD-As except the classical titles have video on the flip side, with slightly lower audio resolution, but also in 5.1 surround (I cannot hear a diffference). So you don't need a DVD-Audio player to enjoy this side. If you have a DVD player hooked up to a good audio system, you will love these. One classical title does have video. If you just hear ONE Aix disk you will agree that this is something very different, very much better. Dr. Waldrep does not use the old tapes from the 60s and 70s. All performances are recorded live, on hard-drives. No tape, nothing analog. No reverb, no EQ, no over-dubs. He alone knows how to do it right.
