The Speakon connects to the sub of course.The Yellow bare wire connects to the Left channel speaker output on your receiver, the Red bare wire connects to the Right speaker output of your receiver and the Black connects to either of the Negative speaker outputs or if your receivers topology is balanced, the Black wire connects to the chassis.
Depending on the type of speaker connectors your receiver utilizes will determine how the wires are attached to the speaker connectors.
