12x14 is what I would call a small room. Moderate listening levels and a small room usually mean you won't be dishing out tons of power. And, those are relative large speakers for a small room. So I would say . . . . probably . . . . . yes.

BUT. The only real bad thing I see is the 4 ohm impedance of the speaker. 4 ohms and 87dB efficiency suggest a tough load for any amp. Even though you will "probably" get acceptable listening levels, it might not sound the best that it could.

If you really like SET sound then you should take a system approach. In a room that small it won't be hard to find an easy speaker to drive that will sound as good (or better) than the Dynaudio with SET.
