Hello-I would suggest sending them to Orange County Speaker Repair here in Southern California. I have had them replace the surrounds in several high end speakers I have owned. Actually, they don't just replace the surrounds, they completely rebuild the drivers. You can check out the description of exactly how they do it on their website. Excellent quality and service. I have no affiliation with them, just a satisfied customer.
