The sealed enclosure subwoofer builder can only choose a non-flat bass frequency response by deciding on a Qtc. above or below 0.707.At best he can do some "fine-tuning" with stuffing density/materials ... but differences may not be audible when listening to full-range music with all the speakers playing (I assume no stuffing at all is not an option for this comparison).
