Yep, I still have the ninkas. My system should be listed in my profile. I have them actively bi-amped with a Linn AV5125 amp, and augment the bass with a Linn sub. That's another option too - the sub adds a room presence, and tends to 'relax' and fill-out the mids as well.I like the Spendor speakers, but I like Harbeth even better. They're a little less 'boxy' than the Spendors in the mids, if that makes sense. If you like the Naim/Linn sense of pace, and want some more musical resolution and detail, that's a good choice. Maggies are nice as well, if you have the space to get them well into your room.
I agree on the Wilsons. They're fast and detailed, but I still find them a little cold. The new Sophia isn't like that though, it's excellent.
