I'm using Spendor S5e's with a Bel Canto S300 (and used a Conrad Johnson MV60 prior to that) and will agree with you that these speakers are wonderful. They are a joy to listen to from the first notes you play, but what really impresses me is they do not tire the listener. Unlike many speakers that are initially impressive but grate on your nerves before too long, I can listen to the Spendors for hours at a time without fatigue.
