Do I unscrew and wrap the speaker wire around the post and tighten...Yes.
Also when you unscrew the red and black knobs, look for perpendicular holes in the posts. you can put the wire through those holes and then screw the knobs down. Or, you can get banana plugs, put them on the ends of your wires and plug them into the ends of the red and black posts. No need to unscrew the red and black knobs for that. Needless to say, though I am saying it anyway, you need to make sure you match red and black on the speakers and amp, and for each channel to ensure that your speakers are in phase with each other...
