Help!- Setting up Dynaco A25's

Hi,
Brand new. Today my friend is helping set-up my Dyanca-SCA-35 to my Dynaco A-25 speakers.
On the back there are red an black posts that unscrew (are these considered Banana Plugs?) How do I connect the speaker wire onto or into these things. Do I unscrew and wrap the speaker wire around the post and tighten or do I insert the wire into the post somehow??
Is there a "Banana Plug" I need to buy to coneect this or is just having speaker wire enough??
