Couple points. Resonance isn't linear phase and so the phase can't be fixed by filters. Secondly, like I said, resonance is still triggered by excursion, which, with 1st order filters is going to be excessive. You can put as many notch filters as you want, but if you're pushing your drivers near and most likely past their linear limits, you're going to cause resonance.
