Speaker Advise Please!

I currently own a pair of KEF C95s - the flagship of the C series with first generation uni-q drivers, circa 1991. I am interested in Axiom's M60's (middle model of their floor standers). I sent an email to Axiom for an opinion on what I should to expect to hear in difference between my C95s and their M60s and here is what they responded:

"The M60v2 in comparison will have a more linear response and a
presentation that is more detailed, accurate and neutral. Throughout the entire frequency range the M60 will perform better, tighter bass, revealing midrange and crisp, clean highs.

You will also find the M60v2 to be more efficient than the C-95s which
will allow your amp/receiver to drive the speakers easier, allowing the amp/receiver to provide cleaner power in dynamic situations."

Does this seem like a fair assessment? The C95s are no slouch, even after 15 years. I'd like some more opinions before I plunk down $1000.00 (even though you can return them if you're not satisfied).
