I have the Shearwater HRs and I really like them. The Kestrals were a little cheaper initially and don't quite have the lower extension of the Shearwaters. I don't think you can expect much more than $450-$500 for them at this point. It's too bad about the company going under, even more so when it kills re-sale value.
