I doubt that. Sonus faber stopped production of the Extrema with the introduction of the EA2 long before Dynaudio stopped selling drivers through retail. Besides, SF continue to use and Dynaudio continues to supply them with Esotars for the Guarneri though so there is absolutely no reason why they should not use Esotars on their newer speakers except maybe it does not fit their design criterias anymore.
