Well it is a wave guide, diffraction lens, sound director, whatever you want to call it. It is about what I expected, though not triangular as the planted bait was leading. Good luck on the patent.

I'm sure the sound with this contraption installed will be different, for better or worse I couldn't say until I heard it. My concerns would be for cavity resonances, spurious noises from mechanical vibration of the panel, reflection of sound back into the planar drivers, and of course aesthetics. Of course your answer will be that there is magic on the back side.

I assume on the RM/X this will only cover the 10" woofer and planars since the tweeter is in a separate movable pod and the 12" woofers fires to the side ?

No doubt the loyal will be chomping at the bit to get their hands on this latest tweak.
