To answer your question, both midrangesare drivers are fine. I'm starting to think that the harshness and percieved lack of mids might have to do with my being used to my previous speakers (Spica TC-50s)I'm thinking that I might just not be used to a full-range speaker. The Spicas are pretty much MIDS,upper bass, and a rolled of top-end.
