With the Pathos integrated amps you get a tube-based front end with a solid state power amp section. I have the Classic One with the Electra 907 Be's and rarely hear a system that makes want to upgrade.
At the RMAF, one of my favorite rooms had the Pathos INPOL2 integrated matched with JM Labs Utopia L/R's (large stand-mounted speakers) that really worked well together.
Pathos also has separates, if that's what you prefer.
