the matrix and nautilus 805 are nice speakers but they do recquire a subwoofer.Also Skylan offers some very reasonably priced high mass stands which are sand-fillable. $200.00Canadian -- and Noel the owner is a good guy to deal with -- he will custom build them for you to your exact speaker's dimensions. For the money it's hard to go wrong.
