Active pro speakers rule! I've lately grown weary of the "audiophile" recessed midrange/smiley face voicing. Gimme a flat response speakers any day, and let ME tame the room...I don't like speakers being tone controls. :)Presently using Quad 12L Studio Actives, which never made it to market. They sound pretty darned good.
