If interested in surround, you might also wanna try searching for a model that has an "auto-on" feature, which turns the speaker on in the presence of a signal. Otherwise, you'll have to get up and manually turn ALL your speakers on and off every single time you want to listen. I use a Panamax 2000 switcher for the front 3 channels, but decided to go with more conventional passive speakers for the surrounds.And don't forget...you'll need an outlet near EACH speaker in order to provide power.
