Steven you can parallel caps to get closer to the originals. Fir instance, try a 30uFd and a 3uFd paralleled, a 15 and a 3, etc. Remember, the caps usually have a +/-5% tolerance, so even if you get the exact value according to the cap label, that may not be what the original value was anyway. Since most of us can't tell the difference between the super expensive caps and their more reasonably-priced counterparts like Solen, you should be just fine with the latter. Don't replace the inductor coils since they also have a resistance factor that is taken into consideration as part of the crossover design. If there's a series resistor in the tweeter circuit, replacing it with a non-inductive type like Mills or Lynx MIGHT yield audible results. Anyway, resistors are cheap, so why not?
