All I can say from direct experience is that the OTO gets a full response, top to bottom, from Reynaud Twins, Reynaud Trentes, DeVore Gibbon 8's, and Audio Note K's, J's, and E's. And again, its EL 84's give you a smoother take on music than the SORO. If your taste is for mostly rock, I'd give the SORO a good listen. But if you listen to a wide range of music and your speakers are 88dB or better, the OTO may be your amp.
