HELP!!! Urgent advice on JBL ks9500

I have just been offered a second-hand, "two-year old" JBL ks 9500 for US$10,000 in Singapore. I can't get any review or anything on the internet. But it sound very very good on voices and acoustic small group music. Can some expert out there give me some advice. Is this a good deal? Is there a better (preferably much smaller speaker (Guarneri???etc) for someone who is looking for a dedicated two channel speaker system that is as good as it gets on vocal jazz, small trio/quartet acoustic jazz? My cd player is jadis jd2 with krell dac, power amp is jadis defy 7 (100 watts tube)....I crave sweet, sweet sound. JBL ks 9500 (predecessor to 9800??)is HUGE. Dealer says the seocnd hand deal wont last 48 hours.
