Alecto monoblocks and impedance

80.225.45.127

I have a mid range say 0.8K to 2.5K unit in mind for my planned speakers but as a possible alternative I already have 2 pairs of ted jordan jx53 drive units which according to the impedence graph are rated at about 4.5 ohm in the mid range.I will be using active xovers and could drive the jx53 in parallel,
I am not technically knowledgable but realise the impedence will be reduced as a result (presumably halved). Does anyone have any views whether the Michel alecto monoblocks, a healthy 100watt, will panic (self destruct) or sound OK when faced with this task.
If there is a problem any ideas how I can resolve it without passive xovers or measures that will also degrade the sound. If need be I can revert to my original plan of using a single more powerful mid range unit. Anyone any ideas please.
