The voice coil has been thermally melted from being sent a highly distorted signal, probably cranking the bass way up or the volume or both. Most Jap amps clip or distort at around 1:00 on the volume control, earlier if the loudness is on or the bass is increased. Remember, bass frequencies 200hz and down take 85% of the amplifiers available power. Warranty will replace drivers, but you NEED a bigger, better amp, k?
