RE subwoofer: Believe me I've tried, but have yet to find one that doesn't muddy my Spicas midrange. Have auditioned units in my room ranging in price from $500 to $1500. Alas, nothing will produce a seamless blend. Because the Spicas do nothing much below 55HZ, it's easy to point to subs location.My budget for full range speakers is about $2,000 MSLP.
