If the only problem with your tweeters are dented domes, you might be able to use a vacuum cleaner to suck the domes back in place. Use the vacuum cleaner carefully, at a low setting.

Or, you can put tape on the dented parts of the dome, and carefully pull the tape outwards until the dents are gone.
