They are both small, front ported speakers that get the voice region remarkably right and somewhat forward. The Signums are disco'd but occassionally come up used for around $1500, the Concertino Home used around $700. The difference is the refinement especially the tweeter. They both do just fine 18" from the back wall where I have mine, although 24" is ideal, and both need at least 6' distance apart. The older Concertino (not Home)is good too at around $500 used but the tweeter has significant "apparent" rolloff, which is fine for bright amps, not so fine for neutral amps.
