RE: Coldplay- "Viva La Vida"..... Very Disappointing......

Give it some time Todd ...... I have the same feelings with each new Coldplay album. It always goes like this :

"Ok this is pretty good, the sound quality is not as good as the last one. Hmmm, I don't think I like it as much as the last one." (Great expectations?)

Listen once or twice and put it on the shelf.
Come back later and just listen to the music. Forget about the sound quality.
It grows on you.
You rip it for the ipod or car.
Then you wonder when the next one is coming out. :>)

FWIW, I think the first album has the best overall sound quality (and music) but I end up liking all of their stuff. I like what Eno has done with them on the new one. I think it will grow on you.
