The sound isn't bad, but it's painful to watch because the camera never settles for any length of time on the musicians singing or playing a solo for what becomes a fairly obvious reason (the Moodies are terrible at faking a mimed performance in front of the camera). The film itself is rather soft and there are occasional video drop-outs; in the end, it just turns into a boring effort, not at all what one would expect from a group that's arguably at it's peak.Much better is their Isle of Wight performance, which hasn't been released yet (at least in it's entirity), but hope springs eternal. The Nights In White Satin from the Isle of Wight Festival documentary film on DVD is awesome (not mimed) and really great sound. This provides a taste that will whet any MB aficionado's appetite.

- DVDtalk's review is kind. I've seen this; it's one of the worst pantomimed performances ever done. - Audiophilander 00:26:37 03/29/07 (3)
