recognized by others as a great drummer; and the list of luke warm quotes all beginning with,
"Wwell he wasn't very good, but he was a nice guy".
Maybe not that much of a disclaimer, but one quote by Phil Collins who found the fills on one song great. I listended to the Live Lamb Lies Down yesterday; THAT WAS great drumming and those were original and difficult fills. Phil was not the right drummer for the Beatles. But he could REALLy drum.
