Hi Dui,Had the same reaction to it and I adore her voice(she still can't sing!). Very 80s, sort of Go West era and one track a dead ringer for New Order.
However, I listened again but assumed it was an 'old' 80s album and turned the volume up and that did the trick.
Try it again, play some New Order, Pet Shop Boys (Neil Tennant was involved somewhere in this album) and then give it a try.
It will keep us going until the new Cocteau Twins album comes out later this year.....hopefully.
