... Duilawyer, during the encores! He was introduced by Brian a few songs into the regular set, BTW. Al played a white Fender strat throughout. This guitar geek found it interestin' that one of the guitarists played a Fender Jazzmaster, rather than a Jaguar. Hey mkuller, wonder if Brian was reading his lyrics off that computer screen on his Yamaha keyboard? Having seen Donald Fagen's solo tour inside Oaktown's Paramount last March, was kind of saddened not to hear Brian unleash some ivory flurishes. With the exception of "In My Room", of course. James Brown played his last Bay Area show inside Paramount's hallowed walls; so shouldn't it be fitting Brian performed his last Pet Sounds tour stop inside that same venue? Oddly, there isn't a review in today's S.F. Chron, @ least not on sfgate anyway.
