Hmmmm... I didn't buy many, but my favorite one from 2006 is probably Zao's "The Fear That Keeps Us Here." Scary, produced by Steve Albini, has a zombie love song on it, and it kind of pushes (in my opinion) the envelope for metal a bit by actually USING song structures.
